We Need Good Food was established in 2023 with the goal of bringing traditional Asian culinary culture to the UK. We chose to set up in Warrington because it is strategically located between Manchester and Liverpool, bridging the realms of commerce and the arts.
We are extremely rigorous about the quality of our food, striving to provide an exceptional dining experience at a reasonable price. From selecting ingredients to perfecting the seasoning, we spend a lot of time finding the right combinations to enhance the flavors and depth of our dishes.
Currently, we focus on three main areas: the production of frozen ramen; takeaway and delivery services; and market stalls and pop-up events. We hope to use these three avenues to expand your opportunities to experience our food.

With a Level 3 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering certification, Chef Anson is dedicated to delivering delicious and safe meals to his clients. His passion for Asian cuisine is evident in every dish he creates, and he takes pride in using only the freshest ingredients to achieve the best possible flavors.
